Laminate has come a long way. Done properly, with the right underlayment and a level subfloor, it holds up to kids, pets, and Kansas City humidity for years. Done badly, it peaks, gaps, and creaks. We do it properly.

Pricing
$7.00 to $8.50 per square foot, all in
Labor including underlayment is $4.50 per square foot. HerHaven-supplied materials run $2.50 to $4.00 per square foot depending on the product you choose. Removing an old floor adds $1.00 per square foot and subfloor prep adds $0.75. Individual plank repairs are $85 to $170 flat. Minimum job charge is $250.
What to expect
We measure the space, check the subfloor for level and moisture, and talk through material options and how they wear. You get one combined number before we order anything. On install day we protect the rest of the house, remove the old floor if needed, prep the subfloor, and lay the new floor with proper expansion gaps.
